Support The Enterprise version of Code Blue includes high priority, free support, maintenance and upgrades for 12 months. This can be renewed on an annual basis. The Professional and Lite versions include email support for 12 months. Support includes assistance with sorting out modelling problems and difficulties with Code Blue. Models and even whole systems can be easily sent via email as they are usually either small text files or packed systems. Special support is provided to educational institutions. This contains a range of topics, how to's and sample systems as well as all the models from the Reference Manual.
