Code Blue offers extremely easy to use, built-in analysis facilities. Multiple levels of analysis can be carried out and results saved as scenarios for decision making. All the analyses produce a data cube of the results and can be viewed along any slice. These can all be run interactively or specified in a macro. Sensitivity analysis solves the model for a range of factors applied to a specified variable in the model. A range of percentage changes is made to the base values for Volume. The model is resolved for each change and the Sensitivity Values Table is displayed as a data cube as shown below. This enables you to make temporary changes to model equations and view the results. The case solution can then be saved as a scenario or used as the basis for further analysis. Multiple levels of case analyses can be carried out. Case equations can be entered through a dialog box or they can be included in a macro. Goal seeking varies the values in a row or column to produce a target set of values. Risk analysis provides a technique for modelling the uncertainty of the real world by presenting the outcomes of a model as probability distributions. Code Blue uses Monte Carlo simulation to perform risk analysis. |
